Reviews
We stayed here for 1 night with breakfast.
Definitely great hotel! Highly recommended!!
First of all, they train staff very well. High quality of customer service.
Also, all of guest can access to the lounge. We enjoyed their coffee and some snacks.
Location and view is awesome. Sunset is amazing view from the hotel.
Breakfast is unique and delicious. You can choose western style or Japanese style. They recommended western style.
Egg Benedict was great.
I’ll come back again!
I spent a relaxing few days here to escape the city. It was a fabulous resort with outstanding views of the waterways and island from well-appointed rooms, a selection of fitness and spa facilities, and excellent dining on-site, as well as local cuisine in the nearby historic fishing and pearl-cultivating village. The spacious property has many walkways, peacefully manicured, along which you can visit greenhouses, a small shrine, seating areas, and a collection of contemporary bronzes dedicated to poetry memorializing the beauty of Kashikojima. The location is relatively free of urban light pollution; and in the evening you can use the powerful rooftop telescope to clearly view Jupiter and discern 4 of its larger moons. The hotel also has a private dock from which you can take a guided boat-tour among the collection of small islands and pearl farms surrounding the larger island. It is no wonder this hotel attracts visits from the Imperial Family and has been the site of secluded events such as the G-7 Summit.
Great spot for Business and family trip!
Very good hotel. They definitely lean into the G7 as one of their selling points. But even besides that it is a very nice place. The views and nature around are breathtaking especially the beautiful sunset 🌇 that can be seen from the hotel lounge terrace. The restaurants are also pretty nice. The lounge is great for having a drink and enjoying the view. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. They are very nice and some have excellent views. A nice highlight are the Pijamas you get to wear very comfy 😁
I did cycling near my city it’s name Sima city
We had the most wonderful time.
The scenery is also great!
The course meals are also delicious!
The lounge space is also great! (I have used it many times while enjoying various alcoholic drinks and coffee)
As I was returning home, I was filled with happiness over and over again thinking that I had a wonderful time even after I returned home.
Even thinking about it now makes me feel happy.
The exterior of the building has a historical feel to it, but everything inside is well-maintained and has a soothing aroma, so it doesn't feel old at all.
The view from the room is wonderful. I think the view is better than the Bay Suite because it was built earlier. The bay suite had a forest in front of the building, and the ocean could not be seen from the rooms on the lower floors.
I was able to spend some quality time listening to classical music through the loud speakers in the listening room, and reading a book while drinking wine or tea in the lounge overlooking Ago Bay. Free drinks are available in the lounge, but no one was holding a party there, everyone was quietly enjoying themselves, and I could feel the quality of the customer base. Many of the books in the reading room were about Japanese beauty, and I found them sophisticated and enjoyable. The tour of the hotel was also witty and fun.
Although it was more expensive than surrounding hotels, it was worth it.
This time it was my first time in Ise-Shima, so I went to Ise Shrine and went on a canoe ride, but since it's such a wonderful hotel, I would like to come back next time just to spend a relaxing time at the hotel.
Second summit venue hotel
The venue hotel in the north was a mess, but I was very satisfied with this hotel.
The exterior of the building and the hallways look old, but they are well maintained and have been renovated, so it hardly bothers me.
I stayed in a premium twin room, and the room had been renovated as well.
No problem at all. The linens, except for the bathrobes, are made in Imabari and are very comfortable. There are many other parts that I thought were good, but they are other
I completely agree with everyone's good reviews.
If you feel unsatisfied, try the breakfast buffet.
Considering the price of 4200 yen, I think it would have been nice to have a little more variety of dishes.
For example, there was only one type of warm soup that day, and there were dishes using locally produced ingredients (for example, dishes using "Ise tea" and "Aosa").
Even if you stick to Western style, you might arrange Tekone Sushi in a Western style. It would be nice to have Akafuku for dessert.
(Ise tea Akafuku might be interesting.)
I felt like there could have been a little more of that.
If the Sapporo Grand Hotel (3,300 yen), which has the highest breakfast buffet in my opinion, has 100 points, 70 points is the passing score, then it would be 69 points.
I was only able to stay for one night this time, but I would definitely like to visit again for more nights.
